Our Intention

Creating experiences people look forward to repeating

We see a need to remove disconnection, confusion, frustration and redoing work from service requests. Create a less stressful way to connect trades and tenants with property managers, owners and developers in a manner that has everyone doing work they can be proud of.

To be of service in this manner meant ouf designing a simple direct way to share the essential information so people can respond to requests in a manner that inspires excellence instead of reacting to them in way that creates more chaos.

propertyAVE helps people focuses on sharing three types of information in recipe style format. What was the action, what was the result from that action and images that tell the quality story of the result. You do all this with a phone or tablet accessible application.

Emerging concern

We see a continuous increase in people wanting to be connected to relationships and work that creates a sense of meaning and purpose.

There is only so much creative energy available in the day and we think 98 percent of that is for doing work that creates a sense of meaning and purpose and 2 percent is for being confused, frustrated or redoing work. When work is other way around, people are in the process of disconnecting from their work, but more importantly from themselves and what they can be excellent at.

Resolving this concern

We thought deeply about the essence of the conversations that happens in a persons head, as they walk themselves through planing and completing their work. What do I need to do, the standard for that result and and the sequence of actions needed to achieve it.

We thought about the decision criteria, and the essential information to be shared to successfully manage completing work. We thought about our experience with the process of repairing or building something, and having direct access to history of previous work on a phone or tablet.

We design our workflow process to reflect the ideal conversation that happens between people when they agree to work together, and the essential information they share to be on time for each other and to successfully manage expectations for what each is responsible for delivering to the other.

Sustainable excellence

We saw a need for an application that helps people connect, understand what is required, what they need to do, in a seamless way without confusion or redoing work. In a manner that inspires people to feel that there is a place for their skills and what they want to be part of building.
